TV personalty Mario Kreutzberger, also known as Don Francisco, is facing a paternity lawsuit brought on by Patricio Flores Mundaca. Francisco was ordered to undergo DNA tests, to determine whether or not he is the biological father of 43 year old Mundaca. Don Francisco is a Chilean television personality, and a popular television personality on the Univision network reaching Spanish-speaking viewers in the United States.
Judge Gloria Negroni presided the court where the plaintiff and his lawyers were present but Francisco was nowhere in sight. Francisco’s lawyer Verónica Waissbluth was sent on his behalf and will be representing him in any future court hearings.
Judge Negroni ruled that Francisco is required to take a paternity test, but both parties left the room without any other declarations. A representative from SML (a Chilean DNA testing company) will be performing the paternity test. This company representative, Sara Gatica, states that it could take about two months to complete the process.
This sounds like a case for GTL!
GTL – The Genetic Testing Laboratories can do the same paternity test and receive the same results in 3-5 days! Why would Francisco choose a company that would take more time? Is he stalling? Why not choose GTL and get the results in less than half the time? It could save him a lot of trouble. Prolonging the inevitable will do nothing but build more anguish between the two parties. Francisco needs to get his GTL on and face the truth whether it is what he wants to hear or not.
