DNA is the genetic blueprint that decides a persons’ biological characteristics. Thankfully in this day and age, DNA can be tested and compared to determine whether one is the biological father of a child. It seems more and more these days, the news is reporting of another potential paternity scandal. This article is going to address just a few of the more recent ones of 2012. From Tom Cruise allegedly questioning the paternity of daughter Suri, to Khloe Kardashian questioning whether Robert Kardashian is her true father. It doesn’t end there, with Justin Beiber and acclaimed rapper Rick Ross both proving this year that they were not the alleged father, to Rafaella Fico claiming to be pregnant by Mario Balotelli. This article will cover it all.

Recently published in the Enquirer, Tom Cruise is supposedly outraged at the speculation that he may not be Suri Cruise’s father. Also told by the Enquirer, men including Josh Harnett, Chris Klein, and Joshua Jackson may be Suri’s birth father. The magazine wonders if it will conclude in a “paternity bombshell.” At this point there are zero actual facts showing that anybody is questioning the paternity of Suri.

Will Khloe Kardashian’s daddy please stand up? Since Khloe’s mom released her autobiography and openly admitted to having an affair, the paternity of Khloe has been in question. Khloe doesn’t seem to care and refuses to take a paternity test even though her mother insists that she do so. Sources say that Khloe, her sisters Kourtney and Kim, and her brother Rob all stand to cash in on a trust from the Kardashian estate but cannot do so until they turn 35. It is said that she will do the paternity test after she collects in seven years.

Justin Beiber cleared his name on the allegations of fathering a young woman’s child last year. She stated that the two had sexual relations backstage after one of his concerts. The accusations and lawsuit quickly went away when Beiber willingly decided he would take a paternity test to prove he was not the father.

Recently, Rick Ross was able to stop the accusations that he was the father of a Georgia woman’s three year old son. Ross partook in the court ordered DNA test in response to the paternity suit against him. When the test came back negative, the woman promptly and voluntarily dropped the lawsuit.

Soccer star Mario Balotelli demands DNA test of the unborn baby being carried by ex girlfriend Rafaella Fico. Although demanding a DNA test, he states that he will take full responsibility if it comes back that he is the father. Contradictory to what some reports say, Balotelli is not delighted with this pregnancy. There may or may not be a DNA test done. Only time will tell.

It is often difficult to know whether accusations against celebrities contain some element of truth or whether they are completely concocted. What we all know is this, DNA doesn’t lie. In all of these cases, DNA will bring the truth out, no matter who it hurts. There will always be paternity scandals. After the few mentioned in this article are resolved, more will come up. It’s just enlightening to know that there is DNA, and people will have to be accountable for their actions.

Attention Tom Cruise fans: Have you heard the latest scandal? Tom Cruise’s attorney shot a letter to American Media (the National Enquirer’s publisher) according to one media outlet, known as the Hollywood Reporter that has many listening closely to this juicy story.

Tom’s attorney is actually threatening to potentially sue the National Enquirer due to a story that claimed that Tom Cruise is a ‘monster’ who ‘abused’ his wife at the time, Katie Holmes, and subjected his daughter, Suri, to 5 months worth of stay in a room described as windowless and very small, said the website in a statement earlier.

This alleged letter from the aforementioned attorney also claims that because of the explosion in popularity surrounding the story that they sent the letter about, Tom Cruise will risk losing, in the attorney’s view, millions and millions of dollars due to personal damages, as well as professional damages. He also claims they will severally and jointly held liable. At least that is what the Hollywood Reporter wrote earlier.

Is Tom Cruise a Monster?

On top of everything else, Tom is fighting yet another claim as told by the Enquirer. This paper is alleging that there very well may be many other questions as to paternity of Tom’s very own daughter, Suri Cruise.

An unnamed source allegedly claimed that Tom will be very disturbed over these suppositions that his daughter Suri may someday ask him to execute a DNA paternity test to prove that he is indeed her father. At least that is what celeb media outlet, Entertainment Wise, is claiming will happen.

This brand new story is blowing up on social media and is surely demonstrating that the magazine, the National Enquirer, is quite literally not taking the threat posed by Tom’s attorney. Which likely means that they are going to continue to keep publishing stories like these relating to good ole Tom Cruise.

The aforementioned publication also says that Joshua Jackson, Josh Hartnett, Chris Klein and even the Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, who passed away, could potentially be Suri’s real daddy, who is in fact still mothered by Katie Holmes.

As of this writing, there has not been a suit filed by Tom’s attorney, but they definitely want to inform the publication that they’re as serious as can be. The letter sent on behalf of Tom Cruise also was noted to have threatened to go as far as to increase the court’s awareness of his allegedly lengthy record of publishing and printing, what they call “malicious lies” about other celebrities in the hope of what they call “enriching” himself at their own expense. Only time will tell who is going to win this one. Stay tuned.

Father Swabs Child for DNA Paternity Test, Results Trigger Double Murder

The jury is in. Michael Barbar, 55, has been found guilty of two counts of murder in the first degree. The convictions came down on Friday in Riverside, CA despite the pleading by defense attorney, Eric Keen, who claimed that his client killed his family in an uncontrollable rage. Keen asked the jury to find Barbar guilty of involuntary manslaughter instead.

The incident occurred back in November of 2009 when Barbar had discovered that his wife had three separate affairs on him during their marriage. He then decided that he wanted a paternity test performed on the couple’s 6- year old daughter, Tamara. Barbar had raised the girl since birth and believed she was his own daughter.

He took matters into his own hands by pulling Tamara out of school and swabbing her cheeks for a DNA sample while having lunch at McDonalds. When the paternity test revealed that he was not the child’s biological father Michael Barbar spent the next 8 days plotting out the murders of both mother and “daughter”.
On the evening of November 14, 2009, Barbar began by handcuffing his naked wife, Maysam Barbar, to the floor and then strangling her with a computer cord. He then attempted to strangle the child as she lay in her bed asleep. When she began struggling and begging him to stop he beat her head into the post of the bed approximately 20 times, bashing her skull in and causing her death.

As if all that were not horrific enough, Barbar’s 13 year old daughter, Tarah, then 11, was in her bedroom and testified to what she heard and saw that night. She said she could hear her little sister crying and her father going up and down the stairs and hallway with trash bags. In the morning she found her parents’ room locked and her sister’s bed saturated in blood.

When Barbar was picked up he was on his way to Texas to kill one of his wife’s lovers, he was caught and arrested by the police in New Mexico. They believe that his intent was to flee to Lebanon.

The penalty phase of the trial will begin on July 30th. Due to the special circumstances in this case, Barbar is eligible for the death penalty. This is because in California lying in wait, as Barbar did, makes the crime more premeditated and heinous carrying with it a stiffer penalty.

It’s important to ensure that you really want to know the truth before taking a DNA paternity test, to avoid a heartbreaking scenario like this.

Manchester City forward, Mario Balotelli, is a private person who claims he doesn’t like his private affairs made public. Unlike many sports figures, Balotelli tries to keep his public sports actions separate from his private life and doesn’t seek publicity for everything he does. This includes affairs of the heart.

Italian showgirl, Raffaella Fico, is not so unassuming. Though the couple went their separate ways last April, Rico believes they can work out their difficulties, though Balotelli says otherwise. Her announcement that she is pregnant has put both of them in the spotlight. Fico seems to relish the attention. Balotelli does not, though he finally broke his silence on the subject. Furthermore, he is annoyed that she is seeking both attention and money because of her condition and the situation.

Balotelli made clear that he has every intention of stepping up, but only if paternity is proved. He has demanded a paternity test to prove he is, indeed, the father of Fico’s baby. Balotelli was upset that he was not informed of the pregnancy until his ex-girlfriend was already four months along. This brings up the question as to why she waited.

 

DNA from the paternity test will prove one way or another if the child Fico carries is Balotelli’s baby. If so, while he claims he does not plan to get back with his old girlfriend, he will take responsibility for the child.
